or a consolidation service, to a destination
airport on a door-to-door basis.
From receipt of customer's export shipping
instructions, the consignment is booked
on the first available flight of the service
requested. Once the consignment has been
booked full flight details such as estimated
time of departure, estimated time of arrival
and airwaybill number shall be advised by
fax, email or through telephone.
A shipment status report is also issued
to confirm if shipment went as booked or
will advise if there has been any amendment
to the flight/airway bill number.
Our endeavor is to custom clear the goods
on the day of the receipt of the complete
documents.
